Following are the Terms & Conditions applicable on the EMI plan and are to be read along with the Credit Card terms and conditions:
1. The minimum purchase amount for each transaction should be PKR 10,000/- to book an Easy Monthly Installment (EMI).
2. Easy Monthly Installment (EMI) orders can only contain 1 item. However, one can order separately for another item/product.
3. The conversion of purchase to Easy Monthly Installments (EMI) may take up to 7 working days.
4. You can only checkout if your available credit limit is equal to or greater than the price of the product.
Following are the EMI markup plans offered by banks:
a. MCB 9 and 12-month EMI tenures are markup free.b.Bank Alfalah 6, and 9-month EMI tenures are markup free.
6. EMI Processing fee
Following are the processing fees charged by banks:
a. MCB – A processing fee of 2.5% of the order amount is charged by the bank on 3, 6, and 12 months EMI tenure.a. Bank Alfalah – No Processing fee is charged by the bank on 3, 6, and 9 months EMI tenure.
7. If you make a purchase on or after the statement date then the transaction will reflect in the next month’s statement.
8. Purchase on Buy2day to be made at least 7 working days before the next credit card statement is generated to ensure the transaction reflects in that statement. For example, your statement date is October 24, 2019, then the purchase should be made before October 17, 2019 Only customers opting for EMI on the Buy2Day checkout page are eligible for this option
9. The Bank providing EMI service is not acting as a corporate agent/distributor of third-party products/services and shall not be responsible in any manner to any person or to any claim.
10. In case of order cancellations, it is the customer’s responsibility to call the bank and cancel the relevant installment plan.

Fair usage policy for discount vouchers: We reserve the right to cancel any order and refund the money if we have a reasonable belief that promotional items are being used unfairly by the customer.

Rewards Points Policy / Procedure:

We offer to redeem rewards points from Standard Chartered Bank. The procedure / Policy is as follows:

SCB will issue, digitally, his customers the vouchers of different denominations, against his rewards points.

Those vouchers are consumable at our website for all the products under the ‘Rewards Points Product’ categories.

The customer has to sign up for the account at the website to redeem the voucher(s).

The customer has to select the product, add that to the cart, and go to the checkout page, where he/she can redeem his/her voucher and pay the balance, if any.

If the voucher value is less than the chosen product price, the customer has to pay the balance of the amount through his SCB credit card. The order may be canceled if the SCB card is not used to pay the balance of payment, if any.

Once the order is completed and received at our end, we aim to process it within 10 working days.

Return and Exchange Policy:

We do follow a fair return and exchange policy. The rules are simple and as follows:

For defective/damaged/wrong items delivery, we will replace it / return it at our cost. The item must be in the condition you received it, unused, and packed the way you received it. It must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery. Once we receive the item, we will issue a refund if that is as explained above.

For a change of mind reason, we will exchange it for any other item (available on our website). The return cost is borne by the customer. The returned item must be unused, packed the way it was received and in good saleable condition. It must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery.

The warranty of the product (if any) started the day the product was delivered. All warranty is covered by the parent company if any. Jamil Sons or is not responsible for defective items once it is used (even if it is for a day). Most of the brands have service centers in major cities and contact details are given in the booklet with the products.

Delivery Policy:

We deliver goods anywhere in Pakistan. We use a courier to deliver most of our products across Pakistan. The delivery takes 7-10 working days. We aim to dispatch the order within 2-3 days. The tracking number is recorded once it is dispatched and the customer can trace it to the respective courier website.


We do not offer installation of the products. For the installation of Air Conditions / Generators etc, the customer needs to contact a local group of people that offer installation services.
